Art Group – Every Friday 12.30pm – 2.30pm. £4.00 donation including all materials and refreshments.
Art comes with many benefits. Many people find it therapeutic by helping to clear their mind of worries which can help reduce stress and help boost our self esteem. Come along and enjoy this relaxing two hour session.
ONE – ONE COUNSELLING
Any enquiry regarding one to one counselling is confidential.
We always suggest an initial assessment to discuss your needs and check that you and the counsellor are compatible to work together. There is no obligation to continue.

ANXIETY SUPPORT GROUP – First Wednesday of every month 2.30pm – 4pm. The group offers a safe and non-judgemental, supportive space that brings people together who are dealing with smilier circumstances.
Being part of a group can help with feeling less alone and receive encouragement from other group members.
You may not wish to share any experiences but just come along for a drink and take away some simple tools to help you manage your anxiety.
TEA & CATCH UP – Second Wednesday of every month 2.30pm – 4pm. £1.00 donation suggestion to cover refreshements.
Gather your friends for our tea & catch up group where you can engage in conversations over a warm cuppa. It’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with others. Come along and meet some new people.
Why be part of a group……
Loneliness can have a big impact on our mental health and well being which can disconnect us from others and lead to isolation.
Research shows that loneliness can increase stress which can result in anxiety, depression and low self esteem.
Negative thoughts can lead us to isolation with thoughts such as….
“I don’t belong here”
“No one likes me”
“I’m not good enough”
By reaching out and being part of a group, challenges those distorted cognitive thoughts and helps us to reconnect with society.
Building relationships can help increase our self esteem.
Group work can give us a sense of purpose and help build friendships.
COACHING SESSIONS – Do you have a social event coming up which feels overwhelming? We can offer a one off, one to one coaching session to help regulate your nervous system, offering techniques to help keep you grounded, building up to the event. Email us for more details and to register your interest.
DROP IN TUESDAYS – 10.00am – 12.00pm– If you are seeking advice about anything please get in touch. If we cannot offer the support we will work alongside you to guide you to services that can.
