DROP IN TUESDAYS 10.00am – 12.00pm – If you are seeking advice about anything please get in touch. If we cannot offer the support we will work alongside you to guide you to services that can.

Online Form SupportIf you require assistance with submitting online forms, feel free to visit us at our drop in Tuesdays, and we will be happy to help.

Art Group – Every Friday 12.30pm – 2.30pm. £5.00 donation including all materials and refreshments. 

Art comes with many benefits. Many people find it therapeutic by helping to clear their mind of worries which can help reduce stress and help boost our self esteem. Come along and enjoy this relaxing two hour session.

ANXIETY SUPPORT GROUP – First Wednesday of every month 2.30pm – 4pm. Donation welcomed on the day.

The group offers a safe and non-judgemental, supportive space that brings people together who are dealing with similar circumstances.

Being part of a group can help with feeling less alone and receive encouragement from other group members.

You may not wish to share any experiences but just come along for a drink and take away some simple tools to help you manage your anxiety.

ORIGAMI CRAFTS GROUP – Last Friday of every month from 12:30pm – 2:30pm. £5.00 donation per session, including all materials and refreshments. Any donations above this, is always gratefully appreciated.
Origami is not just an art form, it offers numerous benefits like enhancing:

  • Boosting problem-solving skills,
  • Promoting mindfulness,
  • Encouraging creativity,
  • Fosters hand-eye coordination,
  • Positive emotions.
Making it a wonderful way to support your mental health and emotional well-being.
Our sessions are relaxed and friendly, providing the perfect opportunity to connect with others while improving your skills and enhancing your well-being.

ONE TO ONE COUNSELLING – Offers a safe, non-judgemental environment allowing the client to begin their story where they wish.  Life doesn’t always provide us with the right conditions so building a relationship on trust, empathy and honesty is paramount.

As an experienced integrative counsellor Lisa is able to bring together different elements of therapy, enabling her to support clients with what they may be dealing with in their life. Working at that their own pace, keeping their agenda. Supporting them, empowering them to work towards finding the answers within. BACP Registered member.

TAILORED, SINGLE COACHING SESSIONDo you have a social event coming up which feels overwhelming? We can offer a single coaching session for those feeling anxious about an upcoming event. This session focuses on regulating the nervous system and provides techniques to help maintain a sense of grounding as the event approaches.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COACHING BY LINDA CLARKE – Linda specialises in helping people modulate their emotional state by overcoming stress, anxiety, depression and processing past trauma.

One-on-One Personal Development Coaching.

Helps people to find new ways to take control of how they think, feel and behave. Helping them to build resilience and practicing mindfulness. Registered: Association of Coaching, Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), General Hypnotherapy Register.

Relationship Counselling – Imago Relationships certification.

Helps:

  • Untangle the power struggle in relationships.
  • Develop communication skills which break destructive ways of relating.
  • Talk safely about difficult issues.
  • Learn to express clear and specific ideas about what you need.
